These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Micro-Tools Hub ("Service", "we", "us"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Micro-Tools Hub, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Micro-Tools Hub is a web-based platform providing free and paid online utilities including text tools, PDF tools, image editors, developer tools, games, and more. Tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that any tool output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

3. Free and Pro Plans

  • Free Plan: Available without registration. Subject to daily usage limits (10 uses per tool) and a 5 MB file size limit.
  • Pro Plan: Paid monthly or annual subscription. Provides unlimited daily uses, larger file size limits (up to 100 MB), and access to premium features.
  • Plan limits may change with 30 days' advance notice to registered users.
  • Pro features are personal and non-transferable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
  • Upload, process, or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Scrape, mirror, or resell the Service or its outputs without written permission
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service at scale
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others through uploaded content
  • Use the Service to process or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content comprising Micro-Tools Hub are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. You retain full ownership of any content you upload or create using our tools.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for content you upload or process through the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested tool functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not retain it beyond what is necessary for processing (see Privacy Policy).

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Tool outputs are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICRO-TOOLS HUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Always maintain independent backups of important files.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Micro-Tools Hub and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your uploaded content.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Pro subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Refund Policy

Pro subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. To request a refund, email support@microtools.hub within 30 days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Renewals are not eligible for refunds, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
