How to Use

  1. 1Click "Add Issue" and fill in the description, WCAG criterion, severity, effort, and user impact.
  2. 2The board auto-calculates a priority score and sorts issues from highest to lowest.
  3. 3Use the column filters to focus on critical items or low-effort quick wins.
  4. 4Mark issues as "In Progress" or "Done" as your team works through them.
  5. 5Export the board as CSV or Markdown when done.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is priority score calculated?
Each issue gets a score based on: severity (critical=4, serious=3, moderate=2, minor=1) × user impact (high=3, medium=2, low=1) ÷ effort (low=1, medium=2, high=3). Higher score = fix first.
What are the severity levels?
Critical: blocks access completely. Serious: makes task very difficult. Moderate: causes significant friction. Minor: cosmetic or low-impact issues.
Can I export the triage board?
Yes — export as CSV for your project tracker (Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues) or as a formatted Markdown checklist.
What WCAG principles do the criteria map to?
Perceivable (1.x), Operable (2.x), Understandable (3.x), Robust (4.x). The tool shows the principle for each criterion you enter.
