What is the energy graph?
The energy graph models your energy levels throughout the day based on natural human ultradian rhythms, modified by the blocks you add. Exercise boosts energy, deep work drains it, rest restores it.
What is the balance score?
The balance score (0–100) shows how many of the 5 life categories you've covered: work, health, rest, growth, and essential activities. A higher score means a more complete day.
What does the overload warning mean?
If your total scheduled time exceeds 16 hours, the system warns you — that's a recipe for burnout. Remove some blocks to create a sustainable schedule.
