Yes. Enable the "Exclude common words" option to filter out stop words such as articles, prepositions, and conjunctions so you can focus on meaningful terms.
Is the analysis case-sensitive?
By default the counter is case-insensitive, so "Word" and "word" are counted together. Enable "Case-sensitive" mode to treat them separately.
