How to Use

What is Emergency Mode?
Emergency Mode activates a "shame meter" that fills over time with rotating guilt messages until you start your task. It's designed to be uncomfortable — use it when all other tactics have failed.
How does the avoidance reason detection work?
You select the reason you're avoiding the task (fear of failure, overwhelm, boredom, perfectionism, unclear start, or low energy) and get a specific, evidence-based tactic for that exact blocker.
What are commitment timers?
Short timed sprints (5, 10, 25, or 52 minutes) where you commit to working on nothing else. The timer has a visual ring countdown. Even 5 minutes usually breaks the procrastination loop.
