How to Use

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the balance score?
The balance score shows what percentage of the 5 life categories (work, health, growth, rest, social) you've included across the whole week. A high score means a well-rounded week.
What triggers the overload warning?
If any single day has more than 16 hours of scheduled blocks, it's flagged as overloaded. That's a sign you need to trim or redistribute.
Can I copy the schedule?
Yes — the Copy Schedule button exports your full week as plain text: each day with its blocks and durations, plus your weekly balance score.
