About Focus Test
Selective attention test — letters flash on screen one at a time and you must tap only when you see the target letter "A". Three modes: 30-Second Challenge (speed increases), Focus Training (slow pace), and Distraction Mode (visual noise). Results include a Focus Score, hit rate, miss count, and false alarms.
How to Use
- 1Choose a mode: Challenge (speed increases), Training (slow pace), or Distraction (visual noise).
- 2A countdown will appear — get ready.
- 3Letters flash one at a time. Tap ONLY when you see "A".
- 4Ignore all other letters (B, C, D…) — tapping them counts as a false alarm.
- 5After 30 seconds, see your Focus Score, hit rate, misses, and false alarms.
