Frequently Asked Questions

How is the stress score calculated?
Each of the 10 questions is scored 0–3. Your total is converted to a 0–100 scale. Scores 0–20 = Low, 21–40 = Mild, 41–60 = Moderate, 61–80 = High, 81–100 = Severe.
What is box breathing?
Box breathing (4-4-4-4) is a technique used by Navy SEALs and athletes: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system and reduces stress rapidly.
Is my data stored on your servers?
